All products are made to your order and can be altered in many ways to provide you with the exact size, style and finish you require. Due to the custom nature of our products all items are estimated based on the information you provide to us. Which material you select, the quantity, finish or texture and size i.e.; width X height X length or diameter for columns, capitals & bases. Arches require the width and rise of the opening as well as the profile information.

An itemized list, drawings, even sketches with dimensions will help expedite the process. “Requests for Estimate” should be faxed or mailed. Emails are accepted but must be accompanied by a phone call to verify receipt.

Lead Time and Shipping

We have set new records in the industry for FAST accurate order processing and take great pride in our On Time delivery record. General lead times are as follows: profiles, columns, caps & bases, and basic linear cut items will run 10 to 12 working days plus shipping. 3-D Sculpted items will run 3 to 6 weeks from design acceptance. These times are effected by order size and complexity and are subject to change at any time. Please request an “Estimated Completion Date” when placing your orders. Most orders are shipped FOB our plant by common carrier or UPS when possible.
